is singapore or kuala-lumpur cheap for electronics devices?

hello im gonna be off in singapore for 5 days so i was wondering if singapore or kuala-lumpur was the best prices for electronics... i mean it is really easy to get in kuala lumpur from sinparore and ill have 5 days so the times wont really be a problem... im planning to buy a notebook laptop and eventually an itouche and ill have look the prices for an iphone to give you and idea avergage prices for note book in belgium ( where i come from) are 340 euros for the itouch depend on the capacity of the hard disk of course but the prices are the next one : itouch 8gb 179 euro , itouche 32 gb 279 euro and 64gb 369 euro for the iphone 3gs 16 gb is 579 euro and 32 gb is 679 euro so this is the average of what im looking for... so could you plz give me some tips and if it is really intersting to buy electronics and one of those country if yes which one is the best for the prices ... but if iis a diffance of 50 euro ill not buy cause you have to now that i might have several problem if i need to put the device in garantie in my country cause it is not where i bought it... so it should be a really good prices differance... thanks
