Perhaps this was the shortest trip we have ever made. This time to Thiruvannamalai around 300 kms from Chennai which is famous for the Annamalai deity and the Ramana Maharishi Ashram. We set off on a Saturday early morning headed towards the National Highway - NH 45. The roads were good and being early morning no traffic and I could maintain good speed all the way.

I have come across hundreds of blogs but ur travel blog stands out from the rest. U have really brought the places right before our eyes not only through the photos u have posted but also by the way u have written about each one of them.Really an awesome one this is.
