Libya to Jordan

We've toured for 2 days seeing Roman ruins as well as Modern ruins. The old ones are best by far. Things are in disaray around Libya as Gadofi has done nothing to improve the way of life here for decades. The people are friendly and gentle but they live in difficult times. It's very sad. There are groups of men talking and walking, sheep, goats, camels and no women anywhere?! Actually, I'd call it the Twilight Zone. The highway is fine but was built by a company other than Libian. Gadofi doesn't recognize garbage, so there is no pick up and removal teams. Hence, it flies around the air or just lies on the side of the roads. Catch you later. Bobbi & Ken
