We have had our first round of vaccinations, only a whole bunch more to go! We still have 9 weeks to go before we fly out, so we have left plenty of time to get them done and get over any bad reactions.

Next important thing to organise is our Vietnam Visa. Still trying to determine the best way to do it and having some robust discussions about whether to get it via the consulate here, or online...

Bridesmaids

We are from Melbourne, Australia. Very tired of 30+ years of working 9-5 Mon-Fri and wanting to do something different and with fewer hours per day and fewer days per week. We completed TESOL certificates in 2010 and hope to do some teaching in Vietnam, but as we are planning to be as flexible as possible, we will also See What Happens. Heading to Singapore on 12 September 2011 and over to Saigon a few days later, for an indeterminate length of time.... full info
