evening traffic Hi guys from Sigon...yet again. Hiding from 34 degrees C and humidity around 90% I have a little time to update some photos and little about our adventures.
I was lucky enough to meet some voulenteers from couple of organizations here in Saigon and they have asked me to cover a foundrasing party for children under 15...tey will be drawing on huge canvas, which will be later sold in big Art gallery in the centre Saigon...this was a good start for my project on voulenteering so we have decided to hang around...the party is on Sunday so it looks like we will move on on monday. Yesterday we have come back from 3 day trip to Mekong delta. It is a dry season now so the river is almost at its lowes, but huge and mighty even now. The trip was organized very well and also the group of travellers that had joined us was real nice. We started with small vilages that grew fruit, rice with plenty bee keeping farms scattered around...I was not brave enough to go very near them (got attacked by a small hive when I was little and can't cope with more then 3 at the

our street in Sigon time) so instead I went to enjoy their honey...never tasted anything like it...the locals enjoy great tee-local leaves, honey, lemon and their special banana wine, which has by the way around 65% ...must say that was like being hit by a train drinking that under sun at 1pm...the locals looked like they like to enjoy some and started bringing more local bewrege...the most interesting was Snake wine, which had cobra, few scorpions and some unindetifiable roots in it...people were a bit hesitant but as soon as we were told it has many positive efects on mens sex drive many men steped forward being encouraged by their sweathearts...including me ofcourse...after short dance with the Python we went on a small boat on the canals which create countless islands of all sizes. The last day we went on the biggest floating market in the Mekong delta...unfortunately this time of year it is mostly rice and pinaple being sold there, which is a long way from the coulerfull images you all know...but not to worry we have quite a few of theese still to go....
On Monday we will be going to Phnom Penh where I have already arranged to help out Children
