Twenty years had passed since my first trip to Sài Gòn (aka Hồ Chí Minh city). In March 1993 when I visited the city for the first time, I didn't hear much northern accent, but now I could hear northern, central and southern accents everywhere. The former Presidential Palace was built during 1962 - 1967 on the ground of the Norodom Palace. Four Vietnamese presidents used to work there (until 1975). There are 4 floors and basement.

The 4th floor was used for entertainment.

On the roof top floor of the Palace there is a helicopter used by the former president, and two red circles meant the bombing points.
