Ever wanted to worship a Chinese revolutionary, a French poet, and a Vietnamese poet-prophet? Welcome to the world of Caodaism (Dao Cao Dai), an interesting fusion of Buddhism, Confucianism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Taoism, and Geniism. As Vietnam's third largest religion, its main temple in situated in Tay Ninh, about 100 km northwest of Saigon. These three saints are Sun Yat Sen, Victor Hugo, and Trang Trinh, respectively.

A few things they believe in are God, animal spirits, reincarnation, karma, and heaven.

The huge, esoteric temple displays a colorful array of carvings, decorations, and statues. Followers venerate in front of a huge eye, surrounded by food and incense offerings.
