Hoi An
Lovely small harbour town Since my last blog have been to Delat ( Central Vietnam mountains) and saw some amazing waterfalls. Was also shown around tea, coffee, mushroom and pineapple plantations. Great to see where it all comes from.
We spent 2 days there before moving to our last destination in Vietnam, Saigon. We were warned we wouldnt like it here as bigger than Hanoi but we actually do. Not quite so dirty, less noisey motorbikes. A bit more civilised with good restaurants and bars. Tried snake wine-yuk! Tasted like watered down whiskey. Visited the market which was a bad idea as clothes so cheap and they kindof put them on you before you have time to protest. How terrible! -bought some much needed going out tops and a necklace ( essentials obviously). Went to the War museum today-horrific photos of American atrocities. Competely biased against the Ameicans but shows you how nasty war is...deformed children due to poisons and torture-nice.
Well on a more jolly note going on a 2 day boat trip to the Mekong delta, south vietnam tomorrow. Will take us to floating markets, villages on stilt houses before taking us over the Cambodia border. Will then bus us to the capital

Great to hear from you!
worrying needlessly as usual. Great to hear you as having a good time, and you sound more relaxed. Your letter are NEVER boring, keep them coming. Can you use your phone? Are you going to Cambodia? I wait to hear from you. Love Mumx
