Calculating when calls are convenient is a challenge. The Saigon Post Office time clocks were helpful!

Four person canoes were an adventure for me!

We observed many children in their uniforms coming and going to school for their half-day schedules!

We dined on Fried Elephant Ear Fish and Rice Balls. Finicky eaters left more for the adventuresome!

Livestock is raised on the water!

Even without many amenities, especially electricity the folks have black & white battery operated tv's!

Many uses for banana leaves include containers for these gelatinous desserts.
