Last February, while I was waiting for a bus to Hội An from Đà Nẵng city, I saw a bus which was going toward Tam Kỳ. I knew nothing about this city, except the famous chicken rice food. Chicken rice
I like chicken food too such as flied chicken, roasted chicken, Teriyaki chicken, Teba (roasted chicken wing tip), Yakitori (Japanese Sate), Samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup) and more Malaysian chicken curry soup that always energized me on the last round of biz negotiation under the tropical sun.
