Anyone for spring rolls ?
Cooking class at the Red Bridge cooking school. We arrived at Hoi An a few days ago and are due to leave today and I have to say I will be sorry to leave. It is a fantastically chilled place with a real old feel and ambience about the place. There are around 500 tailors in this little town and you can have anything from an Armani suit to camper shoes made for you ! So far all I have bought is cake as I was trying to travel light. Although too much cake means I am definatly straying from being light !!!
The food around here is amazing, we even went to a Vietnamese cooking class and learned how to make spring rolls from scratch, all very nice ! There are also some amazing patisseries here, they could rival France ! We are heading further south in a few hours to a beechy area, maybe the rain will clear up as it appears that you guys have all sun ! Thats all for now.
