Last day in Hoi An. Catching the 7.40 pm flight from Danang to Ho Chi Minh City.

Elise and kids hung out at pool and picked up some shoes being made. Very funny watching shoes made. First they put a piece of paper on the ground and then draw around your foot. That's it. Next day you have a pair of perfectly fitting sandals for 6 dollars.

I went and did a cooking class at the Red Bridge Cooking School. This was great fun. The chef was a real character and we cooked about 5 dishes. Egg plant in clay pot, vegetable decoration, Hoi An Pancake, Fresh Spring Rolls and even learnt how to make rice paper.
