Finally made it to yoga, which was a straight ahead Bikram class, minus the heat. A studio run by 2 expats from Ca. -- one is Vietnemese American and his wife is, just American (?). Mostly Vietnemese in the class, a few Westerners. An American guy taught but I don't know where he was from. Everyone was super nice and it was a good class -- instructor never actually had the official training (sshhh) so there was a refreshing absence of the Bikram "rap". After that did a bunch of errands, got lost and finally found an adapter for -- aha -- $1, so there will be photos tomorrow, I think.'

But then, small crisis -- finally read the conference information and realized we are leaving Hanoi for at least 24 hours and I need a hotel at the desitnation, Halong Bay. Then flight to Hanoi cancelled, and NOW just looked at the program and I'm presenting 3 hours earlier than I thought. So I best get going.

Oh -- did manage to gt on another flight then (!) sneak into the VIP lounge at the Ho Chi Minh airport and have arrived okay, sort of. Hotel is very bizarre -- more on that tomorrow.

Better go so I don't miss performing the little dog and pony show that got me this plane ticket.
