Day 3

The group met at 7 for breakfast at the hotel on level 8
After that went back to rooms packed up and meet in foyer at 8:30 to get ready for the bus to Mekong deltaThe bus ride was approximately 3 hours and after arrival we jumped on a boat and headed for lunch on one of the local islands. After lunch we went to a factory to watch clay, bricks & sculptures being made after this headed to another island to do a little rowing trip with some of the locals and after that we walked back to our boat and floated across the river to the local fruit supplier and tried some local foods then jumped on the boat and headed to our home stay. After arriving we were shown to our rooms then at 6 met at the kitchen to make Spring rolls A few of us headed off to try catch some fish which was a failure.Dinner commenced with spring rolls, local elephant fish, soup, prawns and beansAfter that we all watched some locals perform some traditional songs then went and chilled and got ready for bed at 9.
