Freshly killed before our eyes, whole roasted and marinated chiken; marinated beef cooked inside bamboo canes and a 'special' surprise!

Although Me, Lucy and Ian nearly drowned in the waterfall just to the right....

but i did catch it in under 5 minutes with a discarded bamboo rod and a piece of left over muffin!

Hi both and what a way to celebrate Christmas and the New Year (English New Year anyway, you've still got another one at Tet!) Very envious of the bike trip, us oldies would have loved it but don't know about spending all night on a beach though, speak to you soon, love Lynda and Dad xxxx
