Chiang Mai...cooking class

Today was cooking class day! We went first to the market...interesting - definitely not whole foods! Then to the cooking center...which is essenntially outdoors...with a roof...so...no A/C and lots of hot skillets! In any case...it was fun...I don't really have a lot to write on this one...we made several recipes...there were two other very nice French women in their late 20's in the class, and we all had fun...but way too much food! See pix below for food titles etc. They gave me a recipe book...so in theory I'm all set to do this at home!
