safe in a pen while we where in australia So here we are, back on the hard stand. take two. We spend a month on the hard back in Two Rocks before we left, thinking we don't have to do this again for a couple of years. @ cocos we spotted some corrosion above the waterline on the starboard side, not good. We ditched the wind generator and found a wire earthing out on the frame of the solar panels.
Inti out of the water - we have moved into a hotel room😞 ! Damaged assessed and not bad at all , the only damage there is we already knew about. Could of been really bad under the water line. Since we got her out we may as well get some of the windows fixed, leaking a bit, mould is growing good here in the tropics.The hatch has got some wood decaying and the sikaflex between the wood in the cockpit is rotten. Got a quote - Mr Phon is on the job. 5 workers rocked up the first day. Out with the old windows , goodness me how many bolts did they use when they put them in!

We have taken the dogs to the hotel room - the people next door got one as well. After 2 days we got a note from the office , that we cant feed the dogs in the room? Went to reception got told we have to move out so we shifted the dogs back on the boat- two day's later we walked up the stairs with the our neighbors and their dogs about 1130 at night. In the room the phone ring's , reception " you cant have a dog in the room" - we don't have a dog in the room. After a bit of thinking we rang them back told them to come and have a look for themselves! The look on their faces when they couldn't find the dog!! priceless
We didn't get kicked out - the guy's next door have to go and see the office on Monday but!
One week down. Its coming back together , got all the window frames painted, ready for the new ones to go back on. Hull has been repaired, anti foul tomorrow
Had a appointment with the
dentist this afternoon at 4pm. Hop on the local bus into phuket town( blue) . Had to change over to the pink one in town. Not so hard, told the ticket man that we want to go to bangkok phuket hospital. OK he said. After 5 min we realized that we headed out of town, ask again , Bangkok phuket hospital?yes yes , its coming. 10min into the trip definitely lost - ended up at koi somoi beach 20 min away from where we wanted to be, had to ring and cancel my appointment, booked in again for tomorrow. After some time we worked out that we needed the pink bus nr 1 and we where on nr 3
If nothing else it was interesting to drive around a bit 😊
