We flew from Bangkok to arrive in Phuket on the 11th November.

Phuket is a large island in the south west of Thailand. We were staying between kata and Karon beaches, which is south of the island and a really good spot!

Phuket is beautiful the sea is crystal blue the sand white and the water is like bath water！We hired motor bikes and drove all around the island, happy to find our beachs were by far the nicest. However all the beaches are stunning! Phuket is full of tourists especially in the main tourist resort of Patong which is full of Lady bars and other wise could be anyother tourist resort in the world, but its easy enough to get away from Patong to more beautiful parts of the island and there are many.

We meet a group of other travelers from our bungalows many of whom like us were going to Phi Phi islands next and we enjoyed a few nights out and trips to the beach with them

We spent five very enjoyable days just soaking up the sun in Phuket before leaving to go to Ko Phi Phi
