After all the great adventures in Malaysia we decided to head straight up to Phuket, Thailand for some relaxation. Phuket doesn't speak for all of Thailand but it is an interesting environment, I guess you can pretty much do whatever you want there. Shops, malls, night markets, boxing, beach, massages, bars and more. After a few hours out on the busy streets, older man and young woman as well as lady boys seems to be a typical night out. We spent our few days in Phuket on the computer and relaxing while preparing our trip to Myanmar. Geoff and I met up with Paul and Megan for a night at a famous show called 'Fantasea.' It's definitely worth watching once if you are in town if you are into seeing gaint elephants, acrobats, dancing, listening to music and an overall well organized performance, although the show is a little pricey for penny pinchers. Not only the stage has a dramatic set up but within the park grounds shopping buildings and the entrance to the stage are lavish and grande. We did not get to check out other beaches, sadly to say we did not even jump into the beach right in
town. I couldn't say it's the cleanest and quietest beach but it is nice walk along the beach front.
