Today we checked out the beach in Ban Tai and did some serious reading... I discovered that Jude the Obscure is not a good care free beach holiday read! So spent most of the afternoon blubbing on the beach!
Later that night we went back to Haat Rin and shared a taxi with some crazy Canadians (standard).
The road to Haat Rin is the worst road ever...very steep hills and winding tracks! Not the best....always make sure you get a seat well inside the taxi!
This night was pretty much like the night before...minus the rugby and with the addition of a gorgeous little puppy called Pumpkin. Pumpkin's mummy had just died and she was left all alone! We spent about an hour with her feeding her and trying to save her from drunk people that thought she was a beanie baby...poor little baby.
Unfortunately we found out that Pumpkin has since passed away...she was too young to be away from her mummy. RIP Pumpkin.
