island hoppers

Well it's been awhile since we have written, We were leaving Ko Tao, loved it there, what a cute little island, should have stayed there longer. We both got a little sick leaving Ko Tao, but got over it in about a day and some resting.
We left there and went to Ko Samui which was very busy and touristy. Not quite as nice, but still had it's cool and beautiful things about it. We stayed at a cheapy little bungalow called "Moon Bungalow". Very quiet and not much to do but good for relaxing. Ray found a wicked little restaurant up the road the food was frickin fantastic. We ate there 3 times in a day and a half.

Leaving Ko Samui we took a ferry bus combo through the PP Family Tour Co. and had some issues with them. Our bag got rummaged through Ray got a few things taken. The ferry was an hour late leaving and we had to switch to a different one. Our bus was ok until they stopped and told us to get off and wait for our connecting one. It was a tin hot box on wheels. 3 hours on this thing and no airconditioning or even a window. It was ridiculous. We were so happy to get off that thing. So we ended up in Krabi and stayed for one night in the first class Thai hotel( it is definetely not first class) it did have air conditoning and tv and a wicked cool aroma in the room( being sarcastic again). We saw lots of ladyboys, and very pretty boys in Krabi. Ray got a nice leg rub and foot massage by one, I think he liked it too much, was making me jealous.
In the morning we used the thai postal service to send al and mikey some stuff so keep and eye out for that al. Should be there in a month or more. We waited for our awesome PP family bus to come get us at the hotel, you guessed it at least and hour late again. The slowest express ferry ever. Ray thinks we could have paddled faster in a canoe. I believe it.
We are in Ko Lanta, it's much cuter, but a very sleepy little town, we have been resting, swimming and cruising the one strip. We are a little restless so may head to Ko Phi Phi soon for some Kayaking and snorkeling. Ray really loves the snorkeling, it is pretty darn cool here.


Ray and I are getting along just great other than when were hot and tired, and hungry then watch out. Thinking of you all, but not often, hehe. Hope all is well in Canada. Love you Mikey. Tell him I haven't seen a monkey or elephant yet but I am on the lookout, should be real soon. kisses and hugs.
