Luna Ray

In May 2013 we set off on a trip of a lifetime. Myself, my husband Luke and our 2 year old son Alexander on our Moody 41 'Luna Ray' with a vague plan to sail around the world. Well that was the big goal anyway!!!! We did plan to sail to Darwin and then Asia but time got the better of us so only got as far as Lizard Island. That's a tricky one Dave. The Phi Phi's certainly are amazing, with great scenery, huge hongs, good snorkelling and plenty of restaurants if you want them but all this good stuff attracts tourists and makes them busy and therefore spoils our perspective of the place. I guess this follows the same theme of The Beach where the quest seems to be to find somewhere magnificent and yet undiscovered... we are still searching. Luke
