some of the students at the house I stepped in dog shit, with my bare foot today. Full. On. Dog shit, it squished between my toes and i didn't realize for like 2 seconds,...and then I said YACKKKKKKk OH MY GODD ... oh I forgot to mention that this was at the front of one of my classes.
Let me explain.
Lhe Bee is my second priority school; I teach grades 5,4 then 3's for 45 minutes each- monday, tuesday, wednesday. and like i've said in many of my other posts- dogs are rodents here. they are disgusting- flee bitten disease infested, muts that are neglected and rarely deomesticated- so they are also not trained.. and therefore take dumps in front of class rooms ( how did they get in- well most schools here run by the open concept idea- so classrooms are often seperated by a chalk board or two.)
My theory is that this dog took a dump at the fron tof the classroom in hopes that someone would realize there was a dog and that maybe he needed some lovin.
Was I not wearing any shoes? Well because you don't wear shoes ever inside someones house- it is disrespectful.
hence the dog shit that was

love this kid.. his dance moves are crazy lol.. more so than mine thankfully not overlly warm..
Lots of news in my life, lets start with the good:
Tomorrow is Nee Shars( the head mistresses birthday ) at my school Say Ta Nar. She is one of the most beautiful ( not just on the outside) woman that I have ever met. So the students came to my house on Saturday and we made posters for her, and birthday pictures and did crafts and stuff.
Ps they have the craziest games of all time! On Saturday when the students were here we made bracelets, ate and drank blah blah blah and then they showed me this game that they play..
step 1: make two teams
step 2: divide the room in the middle
step 3: one team picks one person
step 4: this one person crosses the middle line and tries to slap someone on the other side
note 1: meanwhile the other team is trying to grab her, throw her on the ground and straddle her before the individual smacks someone and runs back onto her side.
note 2: if the team trying to catch the smacker makes an atempt and fails- they are put in 'jail'
this was one of
girls
making stuff the most ridiculous things I have seen since I got here. And the students thinks it hilarious until a girl gets her shirt pulled to hard so she freaks out.
On the other hand, so of the kids if they succeed in slapping someone on the other side and are not captured.. they do HILARIOUS dance moves ( aung Pi) who is an awesome student anyway I will post some pictures in hopes you guys can understand a bit better.
Hmm, yesterday there was a crazy lighting/ thunder period. And I mean when I say crazy like thunder SHOOK our entire house. Not joking. Its probba ly because the clouds here are much closer cause all the humidity. Anyway, it might not sound that exciting but I love thunder and lightning and it was the first time, during the entire rainy season ( so far) that we got to experience that. 😊
I recceived my first mail/ [ackage today :D
IT WAS FROM GIN DAWG.. no camera charger ahhaha

actions shots of the ridculous game- this is them trying to pull another student.. it was sealed with lots of love hahahahaha
I dunno what else you folks want to know.
On my family note from back at home, we are very concerned about the health of some of family members.. that I won't go into a lot of detail about, but it would be nice if you could say a prayer or two.. just thinking positive things goes a long way.
For those of you know may know Jenn Lee, you might know that we spent a lot of time together during second year at university. She's a really good freind of mine, and when we get together its pure ridiculousess. We actually just bring out the most positive crazy sides of each other. I miss her very much and she is back in Canada, but I was lucky enough to get to skype her for a couple hours this past weekend. It was really refreshing. She is working hard up in Oakville and doesn't have a lot of spare time but she stayed up late just to talk to me.
In general, I love hearing from people, skyping, messages, emails, letters. It brings a smile to my face.
