Possibly dehaydrated from nasty sunburn (sorry mum), added to tired and hot, could be why I spent 24 hours vomiting followed by a day of pathetic recuperation. Felt awful and couldn't keep anything down, but very well looked after. On doesn't approve of small appetites!
