We eventually left Bangkok and flew up north to Chiang Mai. We only stayed a few days but we squeezed loads in! When we first got there, we wandered around to find our feet and ended up in a bar having a few too many! After debating about going travelling for months on end, we have decided to go for it and we're sure we've made the right decision! Quit the 9-5, rented out the house, moved back in with the parents to save, and we hope to be able to afford minimum of 6 months! If our money stretches longer than that...great! But we'll see.
