Arrived in Bangkok this morning at 7.30am- flight was very good...lots of films to watch and nice food for us to eat. Bangkok was very grey but warm this morning and was spitting with rain on and off! i didnt know what i had let myself in for... The Khoa San Road was reasonably quiet this morning and i personally didnt know what everyone was so excited about. Since we had a nap and came back out i know exactly why people love it here! We had a walk around early this evening and then a storm came along and we were caught in the middle of it....got absoultely drenched!!! haha. We had a thai massage not long ago, it was heavenly!!! i could easyily get used to having one of those regularly! Had some chicken pad thai for dinner and a cocktail made of fresh pink grapefruits! Tasty! Our room is just basic but it is clean and tidy...no bugs 😊 Can't believe how cheap everything is here! Brought myself a beaded bracelet and some silver shell earings. write as and when i can and i'll add some photos. love to you all, Leanne x
