Bangkok to the Beaches

After the 18hr flight from hell we landed in Bangkok. Left the airport and got our first real taste of driving "Thai style", its a bit mad to say the least

We ended up over where all the backpackers go, Khao san Road. Got a hotel with a pool on the roof and the other guy that I'm traveling got roasted to bits ad ended up going to hospital and was on about 10pills day for the next week. I have no photos of bangkok at the moment as I need to see how to get them uploaded from my phone. Bangkok was a good laugh but the heat was a killer, everybody is always trying to seel you some thing, either its a tuk tuk (taxi) or some tailer, but the thai people are really nice.


After about a week of the bangkok way of life we flew to Phuket, only cost about 40eur. At the moment we are in Phuket but are heading to Phi Phi Island tomorrow, Phuket is nice but can be a bit much, think sleesy and lady boys (We where playing pool the other day and while I went to the shop Damein was playin with one of the Girls that works there and when I got back it was their second game and he said to her "Ladies First" to which she said "No Ladyboy first and took her/his shot"..funny stuff its a game that he wont forget).

The ATV was fun and we got to see a bit of the island, as usually I took it a bit to far and bloody thing ended up on top of me, got an xray done today and no broken ribs, the Doc gave me 9 pills to take every day for the next week and now the pain has gone, but the pills keep knocking me out, so its most days just laying on the beach.

So we heading on to the Islands and hopfully get to a full moon party soon, Ill try to update in a week.
