Ingredients:
200 g or shredded coconut meat (We shredded the coconut by hand but you don’t have to. Of course it is best when is fresh)
200 g of palm sugar
1 cup of water
Melt palm sugar in the boiling water then mix in freshly shredded coconut meat
Boil and continue stiring until it is sticky candy like. (Please refer to video)
Roll coconut candy in small balls.
In a different container;
1 cup of sticky rice flour
Use about ½ cup of water to mix in with the sticky rice flower. Add water slowly and mix it until tacky. Mix will be ready when it doesn’t stick to your fingers anymore.
Prepare a wide bowl with 2 cups of coconut flakes and sprinkle ½ Tbs of salt and mix.
Make cakes with the sticky rice flower mix the same size of the balls and

Keith Shredding Fresh coconut Meat cover them. Roll with 2 hands until smooth and boil them until they start floating to the surface. Then take them out and inmediatly roll them on coconut flakes while still hot.
