Travelling to Bangkok

Took the ferry from Penang to Butterworth and walk a little way to the railway station. Asked someone to take a picture of me there. Got the sleeper train to Bangkok - 21 hours. I actually slept! Got some pictures of the chap putting the bed away. Was really cold as the air conitioning was set rather low.

Much harder to found your way around - or to get to my friend's place - taxi driver ended up speaking to Nigel's Thai friend who explained where to go. Wow did I enjoy the shower after the train and its toilet!
