Crazy Bangkok and Amazing Ayuthaya

We are now in Bangkok which is just crazy. We went for a ride in a tuk-tuk which was fun and we managed to avoid being taken to a jewellery shop, which was nothing short of a miracle.

The temples are amazing here. We visited the Grand Palace and Wat Po amongst others. I've have never seen so many images of Buddha.

Yesterday we went to Ayuthaya which is the old imperial capital of Thailand. It was much quieter and had some really impressive ruins. We hired a taxi for the day to take us which was driven by a very amusing guy called Mr T. He kept singing at us!
