Well, after 24 hours of flying we're finally here (kind of). We got into Bangkok last night after a pretty uneventful flight (except for Matt turning $200 of airplane video poker into $1,000,000... took 7 straight hours, who says he has ADD now?). Got some pad thai on the main backpackers street in Bangkok (Khao San) which was full of people and bumping music until 3am.
We're checking out a few museums today and then heading out to Manila and then Cebu City for diving tonight at midnight. Should be a nice 4 hour flight, followed by an hour flight, followed by a 4 hour bus ride, followed by an hour long boat trip... we should sleep well tomorrow night.
