December 28, 2006 We left the southern island of Koh Samui and headed north to the big city of Bangkok. This temple was the home for the Emerald Buddha. This is a very sacred area, hence the sign saying no photos inside.

This guy didn't look very happy at all. I was a little cautious when I was standing there. Although his gun wasn't loaded, the bayonet looked pretty sharp!
