First night in Bangkok and loving it already! Getting used to the hustle and bustle especially of the Khao San Road, a travellers haven! Everythings cheap and the foods yummy!Theres little ladys wearing jewelled hats who walk around making frogs noises with a wooden replica. Lovely but they do hassle you to buy stuff!
Its 34c, super hot though it is smoggy and it did just chuck it down with rain!Suffering badly from jet lag and bit of dehydration but very happy😊

Pingpong / Banana
You know you're in Bangkok when you first hear someone say "pingpong! banana!". If you really want to feel like you're somewhere crazy and foreign, go check out Chatuchak weekend market on Saturday or Sunday (go early coz it gets h-o-t). It's the world's biggest market, it's full of Thai people and things, you can haggle for bargains, and it's an awesome place to spend a few hours getting lost. Get the taxi (ask then to use the meter!), or the Skytrain to "Mo Chit". http://www.into-asia.com/bangkok/markets/chatuchak.php http://www.bangkok-city.com/chatuchak.htm Enjoy my sister-in-law's home city :)
