Oh oh I already have my eye on some wonderful little wooden music boxes. This could end up being a suitcase breaker if this is a sample at the duty free. Our yvr to Taipei flight was 11.5 hours long and we were in the top deck of the plane. Quieter and food service faster up here. Would definitely recommend those seats again. Breakfast was a bit of a surprise. Since the dinner chicken was a little rubbery I decided not to have the omelet and chose the porridge. Wrong. I have never had porridge with peas and carrots and questionable chicken before. In a few minutes we start our 3.5 hour flight to Hanoi.
