18th Feb - Today we went to Sigiriya with a man called Anil. On the way we went to a spice garden and saw lots of new things like vanilla pods, cacao beans, cloves, pepper, baby pineapples and ginger. I have never seen an orange tree before. Jonathan and I had a leg massage. Then we went to our guesthouse. It was so hot we went swimming. Then some bad news came (from the parents) as we had to climb Sigiriya Rock, which used to have a Buddhist Monastery on top. Sophie
