Our final day... 34 degrees, and very very humid. Took a taxi up to the Botanic Gardens this morning, for a very slow amble round (the climate does not allow you to go any faster!).
We saw some amazing plants, including a whole orchid garden.... certainly a plant lovers paradise and opportunity to see something very different. We were back to the hotel for lunchtime to enjoy a lazy afternoon in air conditioned luxury.... I dread to think what it would be like living here without it!
So we fly home tomorrow via Dubai.... the end of our holiday. We hope you have enjoyed sharing our journey. Some of our adventures have not been published.... but that is purely to protect the identity of those involved!
