It was a wonderful trip all around!! Truly opened my eyes. And now I am very happy to be home, and getting a little shut-eye.

The giant lunch pavillion where I tried to find some good eats, but decided to hold out for the Fullerton. Note the cool fan-like palm trees. These seem to be common in Singpore.

Merlion
Photo-op next to the water-spouting Merlion, a half-lion half-fish icon designed as an emblem for the Singapore Tourism Board in 1964. Also, a nice view of the bustling financial center's skyline

Lunch Time - Take 2
Making up for missing their mother's day high tea, I decided to try lunch at this beautiful landmark hotel.
