Singapore is a really strange country but at least we were one step closer to India!! It seems to be a country full of chinese and middle class english people...As we only had one day we decided to get up early to fit in as much as possible. We headed down to the river to see the city hall and a statue of an english guy who first sailed there. Then we took boat trip to see the world only statue of a merlion, wee wa woo wah!!

After this we hunted out the Raffles hotel for a nosey at the posh folk then we went to the Toy museum which had a really cool collection of old toys (obviously!)...

In the evening we headed out for a curry in celebration of flying to India. Then we went for singapore slings in Hooters (wonder whose idea that was?). After a few cocktails we convinced ourselves to go on the reverse bungee jump. Always a good idea with a stomach full of curry!! Anyhow, we had fun and the curry stayed down!!

Finally we were off to India!!!
