Boy,

These people do airport transferrs well. The SMRT train went 50m from out hotel right into the terminal for $1.50 in 22 minutes! We had to cross one road only. We have taxied, bussed, trained and it all works well. Walking is recommended as well.

Peter had Rojak for breakfast which was the same he ate in 1975 on the first visit to SP. Sandy has had her chicken and pork porridge each morning. The squeaky clean SP is not as much fun as it used to be, and boy is it clean! We are only here to break the journey and probably won't do SP again, but enjoyed Little India and Chinatown yesterday and all the food. At least I (pj) did, as Sandy has some problems as you all know.

Last night at about 2am a huge car accident occurred right outside our window! It woke us with a real start I can tell you. It all seemed to be cleared up with a minimum of fuss. We did however see some road rage yesterday at Chinatown.

We are looking forward to Edinburgh and actually unpacking for a few days. I am sick of everything being in 'the other suitcase"!

Blog you all from Bonnie Scotland soon
