Heading home

We got our wake up call at 6am ànd went down to call a taxi which dropped us right at the Scoot check in. It's a very busy airport and we eventually made our way through the various checks to our gate. The flight was a little late leaving but we were lucky enough to get a free seat beside us. Scoot was great - good leg room, nice food, friendly competent staff and very comfortable. We had paid a little extra for the quiet zone which was worth it. We had our tablets to keep us entertained and the flight arrived early, passing over the CBD. We went through quite quickly to catch the train and bus home where Barrie and Amanda had left flowers and food to welcome us home. Thanks too to our lovely neighbours for looking after the garden and keeping an eye on our home.
