Goodbye Singapore

This will be the last blog in Asia!

We are leaving for the airport shortly and heading for Australia!!!

Uesterday we went to Sentosa island - quality place - rides, sky tower, evening fireworks - we had such a great day.

Today we got up and went into town - we had some lunch at Raffles and had a wander down to the Fountain of wealth.

There has not been many blog comments recenty ( Jess excused! - hope your shopping went well!)

we arrive tommoro morning around 8AM (including a stop in Darwin) will hopefully be able to message from there.

Goodbye Asia - thanks for an amazing time - we will miss it and hope to visit soon!

OZ Bound
Well the end of the first leg of your journey. Glad the 'round the world on a shoe string' managed to stretch as far as lunch at Raffles as I wouldn't like to think of you roughing it too much. I can't believe you have 'done' Asia and are now off to a land down under. I know a song about that which I am currently singing -you will all be pleased that this is not an audio blog. As you two are hurtling ever more towards summer climes we in Blighty are shivering in zero degrees of snow, sleet and rain which doesn't quite seem fair - but there you go. Happy Landings in Oz and watch out for the spiders, snakes, bugs, alligators............... etc My love to you both. Mum xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
