Shelley stressing over her flight delay
Unexpectantly in Singapore, we went for a short walk after breakfast. There had been a thunderstorm overnight but the sun was out. It only took a couple blocks to get the perspiration flowing for me. It was early morning and Singapore shops don't normally open till after 10 however an elderly gentleman we met out walking did mention the early morning market and said we could get three new t-shirts there for $10. He obviously thought the dripping wet one I was wearing needed replacement.

Back at the hotel, Studio M, we spent the next few hours chilling and waiting for news on our flight. Finally got the green light at 2.00pm and headed for the airport. I made a hasty booking on booking.com that probably required more thought but at least we had a plan for that night. Staying at the Beverly Hotel in central Chennai..
