In the Phillipines many people live in the mountains which makes them way behind in technology. Many people die from simple sicknesses because they cant get to a doctor and the hospitals are very far away. Many of the people that go to school go to become nurses so they can move to America. I would say the government is bad because they dont try to help the poor.
