Sock
lookie! That last post was a bit heavy. Let's look at a nice finished sock:
My first toe-up sock, done with smaller needles than were strictly necessary (partly for sock longevity, but mostly to keep me busy longer on the road). I can't imagine wanting to knit cuff-down again; this way just makes so much sense. You can try the sock on as you go, ensuring it fits you like it was made for you, and you can just keep knitting 'til you run out of yarn. (which, once I finish the second sock, will be a minor disaster, since I've yet to locate a decent yarn store in Asia).
The second shot is the sock enjoying some publicity with the crocheting massage team in Bophut.
A nice, well-travelled and well-rounded (ha!) sock. Doesn't that make you feel better?

Fashionista!
Love the stripey sock with black and orange flowery pants look. I fully expect to see it on the catwalks of Paris any day now!
