Dingbouche to Lobuche. We reached Lobuche with an altitude of 4950m. I feel dizzy, can't eat, headache. Shortly after Dingbouche the altitude began to tell its story.Fingertips tickle, lips tickle and light headache seems to appaer and dissapear. Shortly before arriving Lobuche altitude seems to hit me.I don;t feel well, not at all.Not sure if i can continue tomorrow.

i was supposed to reach Pheriche today but i met a friend from KTM airport and i joined him and his Porter. So we made it to Dingbouche. The higher u come the shorter are the trekking distances because of hight. So we had a lot of break and much time to kill.Sleeping, eating and playing cards.I met here polish lady living in calgary,it's her second try to reach base camp.last year she failed because of AMS(Mountain sickness).
