Day 3

Khunde day trip to higher altitudes according the motto: trek high sleep low. so i spend my day off with climbing up 400m for acclimatisation. But i don't feel well,i've got headache,i feel the altitude. I've got pressure in my head. Just had lunch and tea,took some medicin for headache. Right now i don't feel well,not sure if i'm able to go further. Nor the medicin neither the meal did help. I was worried about this trip,not because of the effort more my problems with headache and migrane attacks of earlier days and knowing they show up at high altitudes. So now it seems to start,fight against the migrane instead of the Mountain.

probably the highest Airport in the World. can u see the landing strip? i was looking for this airport and didn't realize i walked the landing strip already.i found it,just a grass strip,more like an acre was apparently an airport.only a few mountain flights reach this airport with an landing strip of ca 300m.
