Well, here are a few chosen pics to give you a snapshot (literally) of life here in Paradise where the water really is turqouise, the tuna is plentiful and it's always 32 degrees. The last three months have flown by and I only have a few weeks left in the Maldives. All schools operate two sessions so the classrooms can accommodate double the students - half the kids come in the morning (starting at 6.45am!) and half in the afternoon. Each session starts with the assembly and school song

21 islands were devestated by the tsunami, 25 people killed and 11,000 people displaced. So lots of people still live in temporary shelter like this on other islands
