Day 14 – travel to Kuala Lumpur today and for the first time a bit of warmth. Flight on time. Fantastic location of another Traders Hotel but this time next to the Petronas Towers which the girls could view from their room! The rooftop Sky Pool Bar at the hotel is a must, enjoyed a couple of cocktails whilst admiring the night time Petronas Towers view with a bit of KL “disco” music – couldn’t keep the girls out of the bar!

The finches adventure

Finches

We are embarking on our 6 week adventure on the 5th of January. First flying directly to Dubai and staying for 2 days. Then we fly to Shanghai for 3 days, to Xian for 2 days, to Beijing for 4 days in which we are meeting up with Amy on the 12th. We then fly from Beijing to Hong Kong for 3 days, to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) for 2 days, to Kota Kinabalu for 6 days, to Kuching for 6 days, to Bangkok for 4 days, then we are travelling overnight on a train to Chiang Mai.
