Because of the size of the ship we had to berth in the commercial docks, meaning a 45 minute ( if your lucky) coach journey into KL which is the main only place of interest, as we stayed in KL two years ago we opted to take a 25 minute complementary shuttle to the 3rd largest shopping mall in southern Asia. Whilst there in addition to the normal tourist shopping ( I've never seen so many shoe shops, and women's shoes as well as being plentiful, varied, and available in just about every size, with the sales on they started from £3.00!!!!!) We took the opportunity to stock up with a few other essentials like lager, nibbles, soft drinks etc. before returning to the ship for a leisurely lunch and cold drinks; all in all an easy day.
