A very short trip to macau

Finally used the free LUXURY CLASS ferry tickets to Macau !! i was so excited !! Last time to Macau- I was 9 years old -.I remember when I was small, my parents would take me to Macau 2-3 times a year for holidays ...we would stay at Manderin Oriental Hotel ( - haha no more of this story now - ) ..my uncle and dad would go gambling ..my mum would take my brother and tiny me to shop around ...i still remember I wore a fake horse leather big coat and had a funny expression in the picture in front of sao paulo. I had weird facial expression in all my childhood pictures. I don't know why. I just didn’t like to speak much, often looked at the sky and the ground with a preoccupied expression on my face. I wasn't really seeing either of them, I was dreaming about everything ..just everything. like I still do now haha the only difference is i have a more active mouth now haha

I was really excited before this trip as I don't have any more travel plan in the coming 12 months ..me not going travelling for
12 months is pretty hard to believe for all my friends but I have other big plans to stick on ..thats why.

MACAU - Las Vegas of Asia ? hmm.. i guess it just has 30% similarity of this big casino city.Even I didnt go to Las Vegad before, I could feel there is still a long way to go until it becomes a real Asian Las Vegas .There are masses of new constructions being built.. I will come again later and see the changes : )

The casinos are pretty nice there..especially Wynn( I LOVE IT). Leona and I had maximized this trip to its best...we visited all famous casinos e.g. the Venetian, Wynn, Star World , New Lisboa. The only thing i hated in the casinos is... that I tried so hard to fan away the smoke spreading in my direction all the time .It was stifling!!.. Smokers act the same in the non smoking area...what is the meaning of the sign ?!?!

The Portuguese influence still remains in much of the architecture, shops and street, location names (- something I wanted to see -). Otherwise it would make no difference than going to Mainland China.

We were FAMISHED and had lots of quality local food, crab congee( good try), golden BIG prawns( the best prawns I have ever had!!), Pork chop bun,steamed eel, Fried fish ball , homemade juicy ice cream, pudding, blah blah blah ...heheh my face was filled with great satisfaction : )
